Let me start with one word that describes Stephanie “AMAZING”. She cold called me after seeing my house was on the market for nearly 4 months when I took it off the market without a sale. I am usually skeptical about taking cold calls however Stephanie’s confidence and reviews urged me to meet her. I met her on short notice and she had some great ideas on how she would list the house. Mind you I did not live in the State so coordinating was not easy. Stephanie put my mind at ease and said “please trust me, it is slow but I will sell you house in less than two months”. I thought to myself it has been sitting on the market for 4+ months how she would do that. Anyways she helped stage my house for a nominal fee. Stephanie went above and beyond in every way possible. She went to my house on a weekend when we came to find out the utilities were off. She stayed on the phone with me and the water company to ensure we got the problem resolved. She went several times to help turn on the gas. Which was a pain because of the scheduled window they give you and they do not wait. Stephanie took it on her self to ensure all these were taken care off regardless of time. I would recommend her with my eyes closed. She is upfront, confident, very responsive, responsible (I can go on and on) and knows how to execute. If you are on the market to sell or buy please do yourself a favor and interview her.
